WORKSHOP
A TRAIL OF BREADCRUMBS
The Journey of Healing and Growth
In Person or via Zoom
Catherine Wilson will share excerpts from her book, A Trail of Breadcrumbs - A Poetic Memoir of Survival, Healing and Spiritual Growth. With readings from the book as prompts, we will explore various themes that are part of the journey of healing and growth:
the search for authenticity
moving from victimhood to empowerment
healing relationships
the support we can find in nature
the hope and spiritual connection that is found through self-understanding
Throughout the workshop there will be opportunities for reflection and discussion for all participants to explore their own unique journey home to the authentic Self.
Length - 3 hours - full day
This workshop can be expanded to include more experiential content or additional themes
WEEKEND RETREAT
Finding Your Inner Compass
This weekend will allow retreatants to strengthen their connection to their source of direction and wisdom, and celebrate the ways nature can help us heal. It will be a time of sharing in community, deepening awareness of our true identities, and receiving support for authentic expression in our lives.
Activities will include teaching and exercises, deepening meditation and spiritual practices, and lots of time for personal reflection, journaling, music, poetry, and being in nature.

“Very few workshop leaders actually walk the talk. Catherine is one of the rare people that speaks only to what she herself has learned and practiced in her life and so, instead of speaking from mere knowledge, she speaks the knowledge from an inner space of wisdom and compassion. I highly recommend her beautiful teaching style, using her lovely singing voice, and her beautiful poetry. She incorporates small group discussions, meaningful spiritual exercises, art, and music into her teaching - all of which is designed to awaken the participants to their own creative consciousness, and encourages development to more expanded stages and states of consciousness. Sign up. You will be changed.”
